Cats have the most intimate relationship with Halloween, and not just black void cats either! They love the macabre, the spooky, the elaborately dressed essences of what the holiday brings to the table. And what about the coziness? Halloween is my favorite holiday. I know, I know, it's a bit kitschy for fake goths or people still obsessed with Tim Burton films well into their 50s, but who said there's anything wrong with kitsch? Even if you're a 50-year-old whose phone background is Nightmare Before Christmas, it's simply important to celebrate the things that make you feel you. And for a lot of people, it's the whole spooky season, in which Halloween exists in. We're not the only ones enjoying spooky season; there's a whole society of cats celebrating witch hunts, dressing up, and doing seances behind closed doors.
